How does renting work at Rotacion?
Browse, pick your pieces, choose your rental dates, and they’re yours — temporarily. Wear, get compliments, return. It’s that simple.
How long can I rent something for?
You can choose between 4-day, 8-day or 12-day rentals. Need a little longer? Slide into our DMs or email us for extensions.
Do I have to clean the item before returning it?
Nope, we’ve got it covered. Each piece is professionally cleaned and prepped between rotations. Just return it in the condition you got it (minus the memories).
What happens if I damage an item?
For small things like makeup smudges or loose threads are no big deal. Bigger issues? We'll assess it and may charge a cleaning and repair fee depending on the damage. If the damage is too severe, you’ll be charged the selling price of the item. So please care for our pieces like they’re your own.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives in an unusable condition please report an issue including pictures of any damages to Rotacion within 12 hours for our review; the Rotacion team will review the pictures and if the item is unusable we will grant a full refund for the item.
Can I rent items for out-of-town events?
Yes! Just make sure the delivery and return timelines fit your trip. We recommend booking a few days in advance for stress-free dressing.
What if I lost my dress?
If an item is not returned you are liable for the cost of replacing the item.
How does same day delivery work?
Get your rentals delivered to your door, often within just 3 hours of booking.
We use reliable couriers, but for extra peace of mind, we recommend adding insurance or choosing to pick up from our HQ. Please note: customers are responsible for items lost in transit.
